Two people, one drum roaster, a lot of coffee.

We started Northbay in a garage in Porto in 2021. Today we roast for 6,000 subscribers, still every Tuesday, still by hand. We buy directly from farms in Brazil, Ethiopia and Colombia and pay well above fair trade.
